We will offer our opinion as to which is the best offer for your own personal circumstances and, remember, the cheapest rate is not necessarily the best - i.e. it is important to consider all the relevant factors!
When the most attractive option has been chosen, we will then illustrate the monthly costs on the different bases for repayment of the capital, e.g. linking the mortgage to ISAs, an existing Endowment, a Maximum Savings Plan, on a straightforward Capital Repayment basis or possibly 'Interest Only'.
